Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
A strong understanding of child development and appropriate engagement strategies.
Prepare a weekly report for the Senior Director outlining the details of your contacts, tours, and resulting enrollments
Collect information, assess applications, handle application documentation, enter data into files, make recommendations, and provide customer service to families as needed
Assist with administrative duties including budget management, personnel record keeping, childcare management systems, and daily reporting and inspection.
Minimum of 2 -3 years of professional early childhood education preferred
Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study
FL DCF 45 Hours, VPK Endorsement required with CDA and Directors Credential Highly preferred

Must clear a full level II DCF background check
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and basic computer skills
Strong understanding of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where students are engaged and encouraged to succeed
Effective in communicating with both students and adults to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants and resolve parental concerns
Demonstrate empathy and patience in difficult situations while being Cheerful, enthusiastic, and engaging in the workplace
