The Opportunity:
As the CPCO, you will lead the charge in developing and executing a transformative people strategy , fostering a unified, world-class workplace culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key architect of organizational success , driving initiatives that align people operations with the company’s ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultural Integration : Shape and sustain a cohesive, inclusive culture across global teams, embedding the company’s mission and values into all facets of the employee experience.
• Leadership Development : Lead global initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster leadership capacity, and build scalable development frameworks.
• People Operations Leadership : Oversee all facets of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance, ensuring operational excellence.
• Strategic Partnering : Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering expert counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
• Team Empowerment : Inspire, mentor, and manage a dynamic global HR team, cultivating collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Process Modernization : Standardize performance management, talent reviews, and compensation planning to align with best practices and promote transparency.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Proactively address legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to employment laws.
• Data-Driven Insights : Leverage HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Paylocity) to analyze trends, improve decision-making, and drive workforce planning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $225,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience)
