Responsibilities for Carpenters

  • Daily use of hand and power tools
  • Must be confident in measuring
  • Framing
  • Finish Carpentry
  • Structural repairs
  • Deck building
  • Exterior soffit and Facia
  • Windows and door installation and repairs
  • Custom Carpentry
  • Roofing repairs
  • Flooring
  • General Carpentry/Handyman tasks
  • Some Electrical and plumbing experience is needed
  • Demo
  • Building materials
  • Customer and office Communication
  • Ability to follow and understand workorders and blueprints
  • Ability to use phone applications
  • Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team.
  • Follow Schedule
  • Job Planning and material planning

Qualifications for Carpenters

  • 5 or more years Carpentry experience or training
  • Attention to detail
  • Can read and use a tape measurer
  • Comfortable around hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team
  • Dependability
  • Integrity and Commitment
  • Ability to work on your own or as a part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Climbing, Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting, Grasping, and Repetitive Motions
  • Ability to use up to a 40 foot ladder
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100lbs
  • Must have a valid Drivers license
  • Must have reliable transportations
  • Employees may be asked to use their personal vehicle for this position
  • Background will be pulled at Job Offer.
