To be clear, you will be working on our product, not websites or blogs. We need someone who can deliver creative solutions and options with a balance of speed and ingenuity.

What You'll Do:

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs and behaviors.
Collaborate with product manager to align designs with business goals and user expectations.
Develop personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and validate ideas.
Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces adhering to brand guidelines.
Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay ahead of UX trends, advocating for user-centric design and best practices.

Your Toolbox:

A strong portfolio showcasing UX design expertise (research, wireframes, prototypes, final designs).
Proficiency in tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Experience in usability testing, design systems, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
A passion for crafting mobile-responsive, inclusive designs that enhance user engagement.

Location: Pleasanton, California
Salary: USD 55 to 75 Hourly
Timeframe: 3-4 months, with the potential to extend and/or hire.
