Responsibilities The Training Coordinator will manage the onboarding process, ensuring new advisors have access to training resources, mentors, and development tools. They will track licensing exam progress, coordinate study materials, and ensure timely completion of requirements. The role includes maintaining a comprehensive training calendar, communicating schedules, and monitoring advisor engagement. Collaboration is critical, as this position works closely with firm leadership, sales managers, and external trainers to align programs and initiatives with organizational goals. The Training Coordinator will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records of advisor progress while holding them accountable for completing training programs and achieving development milestones.
Qualifications The ideal candidate has experience in training coordination or project management, particularly within the financial services industry, and familiarity with financial advisor licensing and regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, hold advisors accountable, and foster collaboration across teams. Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with financial advisory experience who are passionate about helping others succeed.
