Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations at our store. The Store Manager will lead by example, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a motivated team environment. This role is critical to achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Set clear goals and expectations, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure every customer receives exceptional service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Sales and Financial Management:

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by implementing effective strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, expenses, and profit margins.
• Manage cash handling, register operations, and financial reporting.

Inventory and Merchandising:

• Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Oversee merchandising and product displays to align with company standards and promotions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

• Address and resolve operational, employee, or customer-related issues promptly.
• Adapt to changing business needs and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales goals and managing a team.
• Skills:
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
