Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team, responsible for analyzing project specifications and costs to provide accurate and competitive estimates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and roofing, with the ability to assess project requirements and deliver precise estimates.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Assess project scope and specifications to create accurate and competitive bids.
Obtain and review vendor quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Utilize estimating software, specifically Edge Software, to enhance accuracy and efficiency in estimating processes.

Qualifications

Experience as an estimator in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on roofing.
Strong understanding of construction costs and techniques.
Familiarity with estimating software, particularly Edge Software.
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
