  • Build Relationships : Connect with homeowners door-to-door, engaging them on both a personal and professional level. You’ll be the face of Blue Roofing & Gutters, offering peace of mind through our high-quality roofing solutions.
  • Set Appointments : Schedule free roof inspections, helping homeowners take proactive steps to protect their investment.
  • Make an Impact : Your role is more than sales; it’s about helping homeowners find the right solutions for their roofing needs, leaving a lasting, positive impact.

Qualifications:

  • No Experience Required : We’re looking for drive, determination, and a willingness to learn. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
Shifts Available: Day shift, Evening shift
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Performance bonuses
Relocation Required: Cleveland, Ohio (if applicable)
Work Location: In person
