About the Role:
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics, guiding teams to achieve excellence. This role requires a proactive leader with outstanding communication, organizational skills, and the ability to foster team growth while meeting key performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate weekly calls with clinic managers and providers.
  • Organize and lead monthly regional training and development meetings.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and ensure consistent clinic operations.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Manage the efficient and detail-oriented opening of new offices.
  • Refine office protocols and uphold quality control standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between department leads and regional offices to promote collaboration.
  • Provide operational support during staff absences.
  • Ensure all deadlines and key submissions are met consistently.
  • Develop and expand business initiatives and relationships to drive clinic and company growth.

What You Bring:

  • At least 6 years of management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Management (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in training, development, and coaching.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • A dependable, innovative, and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Experience in project management and implementing change management strategies.
