Responsibilities:
- **Cold Calling:** Initiate outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads to discuss potential real estate investment opportunities.
- **Qualify Leads:** Conduct thorough conversations to understand the homeowner's situation, assess their needs, and evaluate the potential for a mutually beneficial investment.
- **Record Information:** Accurately document lead interactions, details of conversations, and any relevant information in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up:** Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential sellers.
- **Coordinate with Team:** Collaborate with team members and support one another to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- **Previous Cold Calling Experience:** Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- **Excellent Communication Skills:** Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Self-Motivated:** Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet performance targets.
