We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Estimator Project Manager to join our growing team in the Concrete Restoration department in Livonia MI. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail be organized and have a proven track record of delivering accurate cost estimates and managing projects efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Review project plans and specifications to develop a plan and timeline of work
  • Analyze project blueprints and specifications to estimate material labor and equipment costs
  • Communicate with subcontractors suppliers and vendors for scheduling
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress and communicate with clients and team members
  • Prepare preconstruction and closeout documents
  • Coordinate all project activities including scheduling budgeting and quality control
  • Generate monthly billings and ensure accurate measurements for billing goals
  • Maintain accurate project documentation
  • Facilitate communication within the project team for weekly job summaries

Qualifications

  • Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
