Job Description: Programmer - Entry Level
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic entry-level programmer to join our team. As a Programmer, you will work closely with our senior developers and project managers to develop and maintain software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
2. Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions are aligned with business requirements.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects or issues reported by clients or end-users.
5. Learn and adapt to new programming languages, technologies, and methodologies as required for project requirements.
6. Conduct research and keep up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in software development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and principles.
3. Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Java, C++, Python, etc.), with a willingness to learn additional languages as needed.
4. Familiarity with software development tools and platforms (e.g., version control systems, IDEs, etc.).
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages.
9. Prior experience with internships or personal programming projects is a plus.
