Job Description

Adam Search Group has an opening for a Production Manager in the Cranberry PA area for an excellent client of ours.  This role is crucial for the company's future expansion as the Production Manager will create and lead strategic plans to ensure the customer demand schedules can be met.

What they are looking for you to do:

• Plan production costs
• Measure production process outputs
• Work with other teams in the company to track inventory
• Work with other teams to make sure materials are purchased to meet the fluctuating demand schedule.
• Conduct or attend regular management meetings to convey updates.
• and much, much more.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years in a manufacturing type of environment
• Ability to manage and lead employees and team members
• Adhering to KPI's
• Lean Manufacturing expertise
• Ability to drive the production process
• ISO-9001 environment expertise.
