PRN Physical Therapist

Job Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite).
Job Schedule: PRN as needed Mondays and/or Thursdays (8:00am- 4:30pm).
Job Type: Contract, 1099.
Pay Range: $60-$70/hr.

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced  Physical Therapist to work for an outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in  Atlanta, GA 30306.  Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.   This is a great opportunity for physical therapists with desire to improve daily lives and work performances for employees of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and design treatment plans based on client needs for new patient visits as well as follow ups.
• Assess and recommend patients for follow up care if needed.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Provide home exercises.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required.
• Current Physical Therapist License in state of GA.
• Experience with dry needling is preferred. 
• At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be able to reliably commute to office in  Atlanta, GA.
