Are you a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) looking to make a meaningful impact in our local community using unique treatment approaches?

Honeybee Hires has partnered with a renowned clinician-owned and managed therapy practice in Amesbury, MA, where employees are passionate about serving their community in innovative ways.

As a therapist-driven private practice known for thinking outside the box, we prioritize patient-centered care, family involvement, and FUN to create a big impact. Clinicians are expected to embrace each child's unique qualities to help them develop self awareness, self advocacy and confidence.

This is not your average OT role! Each 1:1 and group session is individually tailored using an eclectic mix of evidence based frameworks, including our unique approach of using high intensity exercise as a change agent for sensory processing and regulation. We provide sensory informed and neurodiversity affirming interventions.

Position overview:

• $62k-$86k per year DOE
• Full AND part time openings available! Flexible hourly options for part-time candidates.
• Clinic based, in-person
• Conduct evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans applying to both 1:1 and group therapy sessions
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team - this includes therapists and families alike!
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment outcomes
• Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through continuing education

Qualifications:

• Active or pending Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License
• At least 3 years of pediatric experience preferred
• Commitment to our unique approach to therapy and ongoing professional development
• A positive and engaging approach to therapy
• Ability to commute to Amesbury, MA (NH residents welcome to apply!)
