About the Role:
As a Member Service Representative I, you'll be the friendly, professional voice assisting members with their needs in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Your role involves identifying member requirements, recommending tailored solutions, and promoting products and services to enhance their financial well-being. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound calls with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide exceptional service by actively listening to and addressing member inquiries.
Recommend and promote products and services that meet member needs.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual service and sales goals.
Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What We're Looking For:
At least one year of customer service experience with demonstrated sales skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent phone etiquette and a clear, professional speaking voice.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with attention to grammar and composition.
Resourceful problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in using Windows-based software and typing at least 35 words per minute.
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Work Setting and Schedule:
Location: Fully remote, work-from-home.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
