Responsibilities

Data Entry Tasks:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases or spreadsheets.
• Transfer data from paper formats to digital systems.

Data Verification:

• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Correct errors and inconsistencies in data entries.

File Management:

• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
• Retrieve data and generate reports as required.

Administrative Support:

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects.
• Provide support with other administrative tasks like document formatting or email communication.

Confidentiality:

• Handle sensitive information securely and ethically.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Additional certifications in data management or administration (preferred).
• Experience:
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles (1–2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with remote work environments is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized tools like QuickBooks).
• Knowledge of data management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
• Typing speed of 50–70+ words per minute with high accuracy.
• Key Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
