Job Description: Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Ceramic Bee is seeking motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to promote our innovative ceramic coatings. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our mission, engaging with customers directly to educate them about the benefits of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to potential customers, effectively presenting our ceramic coatings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Actively communicate with marinas, RV parks, storage facilities, valets, and car mechanics to expand your referral network and drive sales.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art software to track sales and manage customer information.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• ***DOOR 2 DOOR Sales Experience is STRONGLY Preferred–Passion for Selling***
• Sales Experience Meeting Targeted Goals (Daily, Weekly, etc,) HIGHLY Preferred
• Seeking Self-Motivated, Goal-Oriented “GO-GETTERS” who are enthusiastic individuals eager to learn (ARE YOU READY TO ROLL UP YOUR SLEAVES & “GRIND”--Give it ALL you Got–Despite the “No’s” you may encounter daily for the Many “YES”?!?)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Compensation: Lucrative, UN-CAPPED Commission Structure (Performance Driven)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
