Design Engineer wanted for growing company!

Responsibilities:

* Review contract plans and specifications, preparing calculations and drawings for precast products.
* Collaborate with team members to support sales, production schedules, and product installation.
* Ensure quality control by adhering to industry standards and implementing process improvements.
* Support engineering projects to optimize manufacturing, shipping, and installation practices.
* Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Professional Engineer license or eligibility within three years.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with 3D modeling software such as Revit or Inventor; ability to interpret construction plans.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
