Operations Coordinator Specialist /Commissions Specialist

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Operations Coordinator Specialist /Commissions Specialist for an opportunity with a client located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is integral to supporting Sales Operations efforts by registering and maintaining all travel agencies/advisors and our system, managing travel agency/advisor commission payments, payouts as well as ensuring timely communications, as well as the accuracy of related

documentation and payments. This role will work closely with several departments daily, including Finance and Reservations, in addition to Field Sales.

• Enlist all new agencies in the reservations system, , and gather and organize all associated documents for payment purposes including W9s, banking details, etc.
• Maintain, create, and update current travel agency and travel agents registrations and information, including regular audits and updates as needed in our system and ensure the accuracy of commission structures to the travel agent.
• Review travel agent emails, answer and communicate with travel agents, travel advisors and/or travel agencies to answer any related questions as well as getting any missing or incorrect forms of information and update reservation systems.

Commissions Administration:

• This includes inputting paid status notices into the reservation system via
• batches (with record of payment date and invoice numbers) after payment has been made for
• recording and referencing purposes
• Track and manage commission payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement
• Assist with tracking of co-op payments and communication with Finance, Marketing, and Sales
• Departments, as well as agency partners as needed and directed by the Sales Operations
• Manager

Administrative Support:

• Assist with any additional duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager, contributing
• to team efficiency and success

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of prior commissions calculations experience, such as understanding how commissions are calculated, meeting requirements of the comp plan, etc.
• Must have strong Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred.
  2-5 years' experience in commissions, accounting and/or business.
  Able to work independently, self-starter, effective and professional communication skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet rigid schedule commitments.
• Proficiency with PC application software and related systems, especially Excel, is critical to efficient and effective job performance.
  Aptitude for learning other company software (commissions system, billing systems, etc.) and mastering report writing and data mining tools.
  Technical understanding of how the commission systems work is required.
