Job Description

Requirements:

* Proficient in Agriculture, SBA, and Commercial Lending to oversee the Lending and Credit Risk for a financial institution.
* 10+ years of direct lending experience. 3+ years of strong progressive leadership/management experience in the Lending field (Commercial/Agriculture/Business Lending).
* Bachelors's or a Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field. A graduate degree or Industry recognized certification is preferred.
* Experience with government and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

* Typical management responsibilities, planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling
* Recruit, interview, and select employees
* Perform performance reviews, training and development, promotion and salary increases, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
* Work with customers and representatives to evaluate and maintain relations
* Perform quarterly stewardship meetings
* Monitor and control service and parts expenditure to maintain profit at the highest percentage
* Provide periodic reports regarding the branch activities and progress
