Experience / Qualifications : Experienced Safety Professional with 5+ years of field experience preferably in electrical commercial/ industrial construction
First Aid / CPR OSHA 10- or 30-hour training
Valid drivers license
Must be willing to travel as required for project sites, client meetings, and company-related activities
Necessary Skills : Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team environment & develop strong working relationships
Ability to apply knowledge of regulations to field construction environment
Able to climb stairs and ladders
Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations as they apply to job site safety
Self-starter, motivated, and takes initiative
Organized and productive with the ability to prioritize workload
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

This role will join our All-Star project team and work along our electrical-focused projects
Key Responsibilities : Pro-actively communicate safety and loss control policies and procedures
Work with the project team to proactively plan upcoming work to ensure safe execution
Provide information for weekly safety meetings
Basic first-aid response
Caring for injured workers, including transportation to and from appointments, maintaining direct communication with medical providers, and monitoring modified duty job placement
Accident / incident investigations, reporting and record keeping Being accessible to answer any safety-related questions or concerns
Coordinate with, manage, and monitor subcontractors safety on a project
