Business Development Manager

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base in the Food & Beverage industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve market presence, build relationships with key stakeholders, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of business development and sales strategies.
• Basic accounting knowledge and thermodynamics knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and general business acumen.
• Physical abilities to perform job tasks including driving and various physical activities.
