Business Analyst with CRM
Location: Decatur, GA
CTH- 6+ Months
Hybrid Role- 3 Days Onsite
Need someone who has the understanding/knowledge with Sales Cloud within a CRM tool.
For the CRM role Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and someone who can speak to their leads experience in salesforce, quote to cash experience is good too. OR they can have Dynamics experience, really all CRMs are similar and have a leads process so they need to be able to speak to that.
For the Salesforce BA
They have projects to implement a new CRM tool and need help with this process.
Implement a new CRM tool Salesforce .
Experience with various CRM tool projects for enhancements or implementations.
Experience with lean value stream mapping
