This position will specifically focus on breakfast service as part of our energetic morning team, ensuring that guests start their day with an exceptional meal. This individual is an essential part of our kitchen operations, bringing your skills and creativity to the table. We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced but also passionate about producing high-quality dishes. The Cook 3 role requires in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Individuals in this role must be capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills required
• 2–3 years of prior experience in line cooking and restaurant dining, preferably with a focus on breakfast service, strongly preferred
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred but not required
• Able to work most stations of the kitchen
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, push and pull moderate weight, up to 50 lbs.
