We are looking for an entry-level Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) who has developed proficiency in biosciences. In this role, you will engage in procedural work and apply your knowledge from science or engineering education to hands-on experimentation. Your goal will be to build a proven technical foundation while solving sophisticated problems and delivering results that address key innovation challenges.

As a vital member of the clinical team, you will be responsible for defining and leading the quality execution of clinical studies. You will collaborate closely with the Beauty Clinical Organization, product, and technology development teams to design and conduct studies that support product claims, credentialing, and informed decision-making. Your role will be essential in ensuring that all human testing and clinical trials adhere to established governance principles, including ICH-GCP Guidelines. Responsibilities:

  • Design, implementation, and management of clinical trials across a range of Beauty benefits

  • Development of both external and internal networks for the integration of key components of a successful clinical trial.

  • Management of study logistics, timelines, and budget/expense tracking.

  • Prepare documentation for study placement and clearances, clinical trial protocols, and IRB submissions, as needed. Conduct study close out and tasks, including documentation and archiving of study materials.

  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures and adhere to all aspects of Governance and Quality systems.

  • Represent clinical operations are regulatory meetings, sponsor meetings, and any other multifunctional meetings, as needed.

Job Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with experience in human testing and clinical trial management, along with a solid understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP). A strong background in Biology, Chemistry, or Measurement Science is critical.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of prior clinical or research study management experience.

  • Scientific Knowledge: A strong grasp of the scientific method and excellent research documentation skills.

  • Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, diverse, team-oriented environment.

  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
